Spring flowers, summer fruit and vegetables, autumn maples and winter snow.
Wuling Farm lies at exactly the altitude where Taiwan’s native cherry trees grow best, including the Taiwan mountain cherry and the Wushe cherry. Taiwan red maple, sweet gum and ring-cupped oak are also found throughout the farm.
The wildlife is rich, with many species of birds, frogs, toads and butterflies. Examples named by the farm include the Taiwan yuhina, the brown dipper, Reeves’s muntjac and the mandarin duck.
